„Treasures of Göcsej, the forest and the tree”
You can see the permanent exhibition with the title of “Treasures of Göcsej, the forest and the tree” in Lenti, in the building at the end station of the forest railway, about the history of forestry, saw-industry and of railway system, furthermore, about hunting. With the help of the documents, photo and object materials of the exhibition visitors can have a glance into the colourful world of the forests in Göcsej, the hard and unselfish work of the foresters working for them, the history of the almost 200-year-old forest railway, the results of red deer breeding and last but not least into the memories of the saw-industry in Lenti.
